    Morning all

Thanks for all the warm welcome backs! I'm touched that anyone noticed my absence

Last day in bed since I volunteered an extra shift tomorrow so an older lady at work could get away on a weekend break

Time to take the car for a spin today but no soft-top until the spring now, hubby bought me a hard-top because of the winter weather and although it's parked behind a gate, we need to build a sheltered area really, might go buy myself a cleaning kit, image I've got a bag full of shampoo and polish but my windscreen was shocking when I drove yesterday

Have a great day everyone image

  • Morning all.

Rather dull and damp out there, hope the sun shows itself for awhile at least today.

Happy birthday Fairy, have a lovely day.

Pat hope your pusscat gets better soon. How are you feeling now?

Need another cup of tea, then must get a wriggle on.....off to see sis today. She wants me to plant  pansies in pots.

    Have a lovely day everyone.

Pat - I tend not to watch the tv news a lot - I know what goes on - I used to work in child protection - but I don't need it in my home and in my head.  I listen to the news and politics programmes on the radio - it doesn't mess with my emotions and sleep pattern so much.

Panda image have a good day and plan yourself an easy weekend - going back to work after a break knocks the stuffing out of you for a while!

Thanks Dove. Feel a bit weepy thinking about it. Probably just tired from my big day to  Canberra and back, I don't think I'm quite ready for extra activities yet. Having a hot day didn't help. Heat always makes  feel off.

It's beautiful and sunny now - the sun is making the frost sparkle image.  Took the dog for a walk (short walk with lots of ball throwing) and have got my hands wrapped round my mug of coffee.  Thanks Doveimage.

Hope the workers have a good day (especially the birthday girl)image.
