Not cold here I'm afraid P'doc, am sitting out in the garden enjoying my cinnamon bagel and coffee Am debating whether I should tell my neighbour about project winter sun, after all it is her laylandi, even if all the growth is on my side ......
Hello all. Ive not been on much today - a combination of the internet being hopeless and Hubby trying to amuse me with old episodes on TV that he had recorded. It did lift my spirits though. I can't believe how boring it can get lazing around feeling crook all day and feeling sorry for myself. Had my first of two ultrasounds this morning and another tomorrow. Then the doc next week for results. Am feeling a bit better tonight, but I'm not game to get too confodent in case it all goes haywire again.
Hope everyone's probs get sorted. nearly midnight here, so I'd better try to sleep.
Pat I hope you sleep well. We'll try and keep the noise down!
My efforts to tidy the house aren't going well. I went into the garden earlier: I think Sunday will involve hacking everything back down to basics its so over grown now. I'm loosing two flower beds to the lawn to make it more dog / partner friendly and somehow can't seem to convince partner to finish any of the projects he's offered to do. Its all a mess!
I have however (somehow) agreed to a half marathon run (well jiggle) and its not ended up involving my also pushing a stretcher with someone sat upon it doing CPR.
I can barely push a trolley around the supermarket!!
I forgot to add that I nipped to the local garden centre... aren't they so depressing this time of year? All the plants look in a very sorry state (surely its too early to be dormant) and the yellow label area was stripped bare. Even the packets of seeds were looking sorry for themselves.
In fact I was so disappointed by my pottering around I forgot to pick up the compost I' gone in there for!
Anyone within arm's reach of Ipswich who has a couple of hours to spare this week???
Wonky's just heard that their moving date will be tomorrow rather than next week!!!
I've picked up a load of boxes from the shop and am making a cake with the aim of bribing volunteers. At least the furniture has to be carried downstairs rather than up

Well done Lizzie, we've the same problem in the hedges, but luckily I've a hedge cutter now so it's his problem.
Hope the doggy is going to be o.k. LP.
Right, back to weeding my 'rockery'
, taken ages and only half a bucket of weeds to show for it, but my what a lot, fiddly, fiddly, fiddly.

Feel bad Dove, ordinarily I would be free, but am busy all week and weekend
Will be helping mentally if that's any help
If it wasn't so far I'd help Dove, sorry. Hope all goes well. x
RB,
