Morning Dove - I can't blame you for that - I hardly ever get going on the weeding and it is an absolute mess out there, but I can only do what I can do and to heck with it. Gardenenong is supposed to be pleasurable, not a chore. My problem today is that the ground is too hard and dry, so I'll have to go back again with a trowel or mattock matter, but at least it temporarily looks ok.
Morning all, has anyone got snow this morning? We haven't in th NW, it's still dark but I can see there's no frost or snow thank goodness , as a child I used to look forward to it but now it just turns into ice on the paths.
Pat glad you got some gardening done and the weather is a bit cooler for you.
Porridge has been had here so just a cup of tea will do me - thanks Dove
Very dark still - but it looks ok here for now. I'm heading for some snow flumpy - going up to Glen Fyne to walk for a few hours. It will definitely look slightly different from the pic I posted on the camera thread yesterday!
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Honestly, the number of people I see using mobiles while driving - it infuriates me - I've been known to hoot and point at them so they know that people can see what they're doing

Lovely sunny morning here, although a bit chilly, hope it warms up for my race this afternoon. Have to go to the SM this morning, to me that is worse than running 8kms.
Theatre last night was very funny, it was an am-dram comedy, they wrote it themselves and they certainly knew their audience, lots of references to ex-pats misunderstanding of the 'local lingo' and French bureaucracy - the scenario was the cast of Only Fools & Horses meeting those from Ab Fab on a Christmas break in France, lots of mix ups over accommodation etc. It wasn't a polished performance but I know how hard they worked to produce it and you have to admire their bravery, putting themselves up on the stage in front of so many people they know.
Love the picture of the loch Fairy, really beautiful.
I am making mince pies too this morning, not 60 though BL, just a dozen or so.
Tried to order my sausage and bacon from a local 'English style' farmer yesterday but he has nothing for me until the week after next OH will just have to wait, scrambled egg does look tasty though Dove.
Have a good day all.

Well done on the cards Kef, mine are arriving from the UK on Tuesday and I have to write them really quickly and then post hem all back to the UK same day, the original plan was for them to get here sooner and OH to take them back with him Monday, unfortunately they will cross paths a day late. I have got the tree (s) up though.
Hair done yesterday, it looked lovely, more like Medusa this morning though.
