    Morning all.

Beautiful sunny morning . Not ventured out to open the polytunnel yet, but I don't expect it to be warm.

Right fellow forkers: I've decided we ARE going to Cape Verde. When I see the Ortho guy on Oct 29th, I'll just tell him I'm not available during those dates.

I spent 2 weeks in The Gambia on crutches, so I can manage two weeks with a tubigrip bandage.

    See I CAN DO BUTCH.

Oh, a really , really weird thing yesterday. I was down at the lake and there's a storm drain ( I think ) which pours out water after heavy rain. Nearby I was walking on the grass and it's hard to describe, but a circle maybe 2m in diameter had risen up by a few cm, you could see it clearly, and when I walked on it ,it was standing on a lilo, all squidgy and it kinda rocked. I reckon there's water under there, but it can't get to the surface.

Hope it's still there when our 4 VIPs arrive on Friday.

    Devon.

Lily at least I don't have to do h......k today as that was done yesterday but I've got to trail the shops for a birthday present for Mum.  It's soooo hard as she has very particular taste and I'm meant to know exactly what it isimageimage.

Hope you get the shed sorted soon GWRS.
