Morning all. White rabbits yadda yadda yadda ... does that really work? Is my luck going to change?   image  image

I'm probably too late, but good luck chicky. Horrible situation.

DD - hope Charlie has a good first day. image I'm finding it slightly strange having no children at school!

Work for me too WW - I work with someone who suffered migraines- she had to use the injections. Very unpleasant. People who have headaches and claim they have a migraine coming on really have no idea.

Anyway, I can't sit about all day like all you retired people image

    See you all later image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Verdun - if you could just keep it like that for the next three weeks???  Pretty please image

Hope Spike's none the worse for his ducking yesterday?

hello all. Bit tired this afternoon. (5pm). Probably tried to do too much, even though I've been told to take it easy. Things need to be done!  We went to town for groceries, in particular for another ham hock because yesterday's pea & ham soup effort was tasteless. Got another hock, and it's much improved. Got a good brand name one instead of the one on offer at the deli section of the supermarket.

Hubby was worried about our dwindling firewood supply so wanted to go out the back to cut more. We've not long stopped, but have another good trailer load.

Temp in GH this morning only zero, so not as cold as the last few days. Rain stopped, sunny day. Would be good for gardening, but it'll have to wait.  More rain predicted .

hope everyone with probs have got on top of things.   Been reading back for a couple of pages.   Best wishes for a good day everyone.image

    Morning all.

Sunny, but quite chilly this morning, where is the late summer we were promised?

Lots of paper work to catch up on today, I can't keep throwing it on a pile, thinking it will do itself. When I was a young doctor living in hospital accommodation I used to do that with shirts and then take the one from the bottom of the pile claiming it was clean. Eventually one of the cleaners took pity on me and took my shirts home with her to wash each week.

She was also the one who used to knock on my door each morning, " cup of tea Dr, will it be 1 or 2 this morning?

    Have a lovely day everyone.
