Exotic Marigold Hotel and the secound film , very enjoyable
Visited Lincolns " steam punk " event today , it is on over the bank holiday , I think of it as Victorian Sci-fi , you can just "goggle " it , some of the costumes are amazing , the effort that some people put into it !
Good day yesterday , went to watch Lincoln City v Grimsby , a local derby , good game and a draw 1-1
Oh Hostafan - you always sound so gloriously exotic.
I have had a very mundane day of chores but did manage to find time to order some seeds for my 'rockery'. It is getting better but very much in need of plants to hide the lack of proper landscaping. Hope a few of these will do the trick.
Change of plans for dinner tonight, guests not eating so we are going out to a local restaurant that specialises in Limousin Beef to celebrate Charlie's birthday tomorrow. He starts back at school Tuesday so probably not a good idea to be out late Monday given the new window of opportunity.

it pays to know one's limitations Steve.
Mine are legion.
I know I bang on about it every time it's on, but if you haven't yet seen Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, it's on to-night.
One of my all time fave films.
Maggie Smith and Judi Dench amongst an all star cast.
Two Dames for the price of one.

I've read it but not seen it yet - which channel Hosta?
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
9pm on channel 4 Dove.
We spent 2 years in total in India and , for the most part, loved every second of it.
It's not just the film , it's the sound of birds and the train hoot in the background which brings it all back.
Ah, found it Channel 4, 9pm. Set to record and remind - Cheers!
