It was on BBC2 flumpy - David Gilmour : Wider Horizons. You'd get it on iPlayer I expect. I was never much of a Floyd fan, but I admire him enormously, and love the tracks from his new album that I've heard.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
This garden's quite exposed compared to the one I had round the corner, and my last one, but we're used to windy weather here, so I always plant accordingly. No flimsy, wispy things that will get uprooted !
That prog will probably get repeated too. If it was on Sky Arts it would be on half a dozen times in the next week or two.

Fg - I didn't see the Dave G programme - I wonder if Wonky did - he was her pinup in her teens - rather unusually as he was by then beginning to look slightly portly and verging on middle age.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
There were some really interesting little bits - like when he played on stage with Bombay Bicycle Club. Nice back story with the connection to Ewan MacColl.

Flumpy, hi there. When you are having breakfast at 8.45am, we're well and truly finished dinner at 7.45pm. (11 hours ahead).
We're hoping to stay awake to see the second episode of the Bob Dylan story that we started watching last week. Not sure I can manage though, I'm fairly tired tonight. Might have to put the recorder on.
hello everyone else - hope the weather isn't too severe.
Morning all, very fuzzy headed this morning. Weather is awful so the garden will have to take care of itself today. No plans, might get cross stitch out, didn't manage to finish it for last Christmas and it's not looking good for this one either.

morning all.
Rubbish here too. Windy and light rain , as it has been for the last 24 hours.
Hubby making breaky then off "up country" for the last time until next year.
I have until Friday to get our accounts to the accountant. My least fave chore.
Keep warm folks.
Just watched the Dave Gilmour programme Fg.
Really interesting and as you say, the best bit for me, was MaColl link. I love musical family trees; how people move from one band to another etc.
