Talk about waking up to chit chat. What with the spell checker doing it's own crazy thing, we've got regional language variation and also getting me thinking about scones and pancakes. Just when I was patting myself on the back for getting a gold star report yesterday from my doc that I've got the diabetes 2 under control!  Now I want scones with lots of cream and jam for breakfast! (7.15am here)

peeped out the window and heavy frost and a fog. great!   It's my day to volunteer at the little art gallery in town, so that should be exciting.

    Have a good one, folks.image

hi clarice. Yes, new boiler is very good and poodle (she is mine, not daughters) was in disgrace yesterday, but good today. She had obviously rolled in something smelly and I couldn't beat sitting near her for the pong, so took her to the groomers for bath and blow dry. She came out smelling like she'd been visiting a Br..l, but much preferred to the delicious stuff she'd found earlier. (I suspect either wombat or kangaroo poo).image

Sorry Clarice, we crossed in the mail. Sorry to hear about your Mums troubles. It feels really good to know that what I've worked hard at, is working and she must feel the same.  image

Lovely to see the dogs reunited.  My son is visiting at the moment and he brings his two cats with him. My little poodle and the cats are all about the same size and get on well. Poodle sometimes manages to sneak out to the laundry and clean the cat feed bowls. We can't work out how she manages to get there without one of us seeing or hearing her. We only hear her nails clicking on the floor on the way back, and when we ask her what she's been up to, she licks her muzzle. Hmmm. Don't you just love them.image
