Only a few drops of rain here - needed more. Hope Pdocs garden visits have not needed a brolly though. We are doing the same trip in September, so will be waiting for his match report with interest.
The bendy ladder talk has confused me too - sounds like something out of a Tom and Jerry cartoon. We still have a bare patch of plaster in our hallway (7 years on) because we couldn't reach. I never notice it anymore
And hope Steve's four legged friend starts feeling better soon
A very hot and sticky night and none of the promised rain - I really will have to water the front border today or I think the clematis may turn up their toes I wonder if there's enough water left in the water butts ........
I don't do ladders any more - really lost my head for heights when my thyroid packed up so we got the builders to decorate earlier this year after they'd finished some alterations and replastered a couple of ceilings- a quick off white all round except for the bathroom and kitchen which are a pale slatey-blue - the builder did the big living space and the hall, stairs and landing. OH and I will do the bedrooms as and when, but they were done just before we moved in so will last a while as long as we're not messy.

No been driving the lorry while the regular driver on hols. Computer at home died so saving up for a new one. going up to Malaig end of next month for holi bags. Hope everybody is well.
Lovely and fresh here this morning but I think it's going to be a hot one later. Grass looks lovely after a week-end of rain and a trim, even the brown patches are coming back a bit.
BL, on our school run only issue is the odd tractor. Putting me to shame with your gardening efforts, I need a kick start, once I get in there I won't stop but it's the getting started that's the problem.
Another cup of coffee first though.....
