Sorry for your mothers upset Kef, and yours also, cream bun the right way to cheer and hugs from friends! Hope you feel better and hope mama Kef gets over her upset
Not much chance of staying still if you have the giggles I guess Lily
I won, I won £87 to spend on plants and soil to fill the hole I am digging in my back lawn - decided to remove some of the buried pond yesterday from my lawn
KEF, hope you and Ma are better, glad the cream bun made things a bit better
looks like it's going to be fine here. Sun is kinda shining and the breeze has dropped. The rain has stopped at last. It rained from 3pm until dark, at least.
Hopefully I'll be able to cut the grass as OH is coming home tonight to take me up there tomorrow.
No 2 daughter and her boyfriend ( not met him yet ) are coming down from Scotland to stay with No 1 daughter in Surrey. OH has been invited round to join them for dinner on Saturday night as he's working up there this weekend. So I'll be popping in to surprise them .( especially the boyfriend)
4 years ago to-day we got married, civil partnership sounds so formal.
Anyway, hope the weather bucks up for those who've had rain
Happy anniversary! We did our CP back in 2009 after I imported Himself and we converted to marriage on our fifth anniversary earlier this year.
Please note I am ignoring a HUGE innuendo in your post!
Not that hot here, Dove. It might get warmer later, but I am off to work all day.
I'd better water the greenhouse contents before I go.
Courgettes have gone bonkers. Tiddler to marrow in three days. I knew I was asking for trouble putting eight plants in. Sweet corn are taller than me. It must have been a good batch of blood fish and bone this year. Still, we love a good sweet corn fest. 70 plants to go at if I can keep the squirrels off.
Scanners. Nothing metal allowed at all. I zoned out with my eyes shut. Imagine yourself somwhere nice. The whooshing noise they make will never be top of the pops.

A lovely morning here - 14C at the moment and climbing - it got up to 28.6C in the shade here yesterday
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
