Being a good girl and eating my porridge (no bacon allowed) and been for a brisk walk (to get the heart working). Got told off blood pressure to high.
Was going to post a photo of the sun rising this morning and a long distance view over to Salisbury plain with the sunlight just touching a field of corn. It was to show that I was out for my walk bright and early this morning.( Forum weekend gremlins finally got to me.)
I didn't finish work until 11.15 last night at least it wasn't as late as last Friday's 12.00.
