Congrats on 1st grandchild Lily - mine is extra spaecial because we thought son and partner would never get their act together - now there is a grandson as well but no 1 grandchild is Oh so special.
Up most of night with Pippin - thunder did not go down well and the one flash just lit up the house like an electric light bulb would. Some rain soaked containers but soil not looking that wet
have planted a few left over rudbeckia annuals and tidied up a penstemon.
Gave Pippin a car ride using a new crate affair - she was terrified getting in but fine once we drove off. We are also using it as a sleep crate for her so she is used to it.

I was thinkiing abut Thursday 1pm at the venue you suggested - can you just check the name of the village as you've written it wrongly - don't want us both going to different places!

Much to my surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed the stage show of Dirty Dancing last night.
( OH bought the tickets as a surprise 20th anniversary pressy)
Had dinner with friends beforehand and they collected us and provided B&B too.

Hi everyone, Lovely here today after a cracking storm and lots of rain last night.
Been gardening today, pottering I think they call it. Have planted some penstemmon and chrysanths in the gaps.
Happy Birthday little Fairy, Firstborn is 37 tomorrow, we're having the grandchildren overnight so she can go out and celebrate with her OH.
