You're welcome to some of our rain chicky  -we have plenty to spare today! image

Verd - thought you'd have realised by now that the fairer sex has always outclassed the other 'side'...image

Nanna  - it's shop bought cake I'm afraid image The type you get a photo put on as it's her 21st. Unfortunately lots of the available designs are very girly and flowery - and she isn't! Will send some over to you anyway with the rain. I'm in the west of Scotland  image

Banana loaf is one of my faves - always put a few sultanas in mine too

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Are you too excited for some cake, Lily? Enjoy your cuddles, when will you see her? Do they live nearby?

Glad it didn't rain, Nanny B, wouldn't have done your cold any good to dance naked in the rain!

Off to England tomorrow, Sussex and Suffolk, I'll never be ready. Hope housesitter does the watering properly. Would be good if we could see Dove, must contact her.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I heard 1 massive lightning strike, sounded like it was in the garden at about 1:45am.

No rain to speak of though. Its getting increasingly dry here, no significant rain since May.

Beautiful sunny day, Lightening for 2 hours or more last night, good dose of rain! Just what the garden ordered!

Thanks for the good luck wishes, Kef and Panda! image judges have just been! Four of them, couldn't believe I'd done it in three months, loved it! But don't know if they were just being encouraging image don't mind, I love it, just kicking myself I forgot to tell them I made the planter!

Flatters modelled the flower bed and muscled in on the photo obviously! image

We don't find out the results until Friday the 10th!!!!! image

Don't mind tho, just happy they were impressed with my efforts and nice to meet some local fellow gardeners!

Posted a few pics in garden pics thread image
