Hello all. Pippin sounds a lucky girl.

Been out at a friend's. She's decided to become an agent for a company selling Aloe Vera products. Ordered something for my elderly horse who has rubbed himself sore because of flies.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Bet you were in the garden bit of the range too Verdun! image even though they put it all the way at the back, I still end up in that bit! image

Don't worry FG, all from the reduced section! And pretty healthy looking too!

New glasses take a while to adjust to Panda, have a lie down and rest ya peepers! image

Pipin does sound like she's beginning to enjoy life! And who wouldn't!!! image

Now sitting looking out the kitchen window wondering where to plant everything! Evening session when its cooler though I think, dozy enough already today!

Welcome back KEF.  Hope you had a wonderful time with your friendsimage.  Shame about the washing thoughimage.

I attempted to do a bit in the garden this afternoon but got chased in sharpish by the b....y midges.  I'm obviously more of a wimp than you Liri.  Well done for only buying two plantsimage

Your plants sound good Wonky.  They were quite a bargain.

HoPoe your eyes soon adjust to the new specs Panda.  I'm getting new ones next week.

Matty I have a feeling that Pippin is going to love living with youimage.

Too hot to garden today. Have done ironing in the sitting room as it's cool there, thick stone walls, high ceiling, was a barn.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Lizzie you'll be needing the aloe Vera as well if it stays that hot.  Hope it works for your horse.

Lesley, I only survived the midges because I was covered in DEET.  image  Planted about 2 dozen wild flowers before the heavens opened (just after I'd watered them in, obviously!).  Now feeling more human after a shower and some slow-roast pork.  image

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Good to see you KEF. Are you very brown? image

Midges don't really bother me. Lots of them in the glen I was in last weekend. Don't know whether I'm lucky or just don't smell very nice  image

Rain went off so got some planting done and removed some slugs from the clematis and surrounding areas. Dinner's been consumed and may go and cut the grass if it's dry enough.

I take it you meant new glasses Lesley - not new eyes.....image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
