You really do have a thing about them Rb. I have winter and summer and it can be 3 or 4 years before they're replaced. Pillows every year though.
Panda, what a nuisance with the oven. When our washing machine was delivered they said they couldn't fit it but managed it two days later after we got in touch with the shop. Jobsworths
Lizzie I don't have a spare room but the attic is full of clothes that I will be able to wear again 'one day'.
Had a busy day in the garden again, this time attacking the hedge. The garden side is straightforward but the other side is neglected council ground full of brambles and nettles so we're trying to make a 'weed break'. It may take some time.
Wonky I hope all's going well with the painting and that you can have a rest soon. It's all happening for you at the moment. Fairy we used to call it flitting in the North of England too. I believe moonlight flits were quite popular

I love new towels....
and I especially love using them if they've been dried on a slightly cool, windy day. Nice and rough on your skin - good for exfoliating
