    Fairygirl.

After a disastrous development, we had an expression in Greenock.

" what's the difference between VD and a Barrat home?"

one day you'll get rid of VD.

  • Hi all not being funny but why is this thread this long should there not be. A length to a thread so you can keep up.

thousands of comments just does not mean any sense

It's an ongoing thread where we just chat about all sorts of stuff Chris. We can dip in and out and talk about non gardening matters, tell jokes, ask questions about cake, tv, music cameras, decorating , Christmas and ...well, you get the picture image

and we frequently don't make sense!

    Hosta - brilliant  image

  • Hi all

apology but I will just stick to gardening enjoy your chats

  • Not sure about in the UK but here we have to have it done annually for insurance purposes. Not very expensive and fairly painless. image

  • BTW, evening all. image

Helped at a children's party today (local charity). The kids had a good time but in all honesty it was dire compared to any UK parties I have been to. They were given gingerbread as party food and not much else, one lady made a chocolate cake but it wasn't enough for them all. image Hardly any decorations, no crackers imageand Father Christmas was stick thin and gave them a bundle of bonbons.Think I will be volunteering to organise it next year, the charity were given €300 to hold the party, not worked out yet what they spent it on. image It is obviously the same every year as the organisers said what another great success it was. image

Anyway, I was invited to a lovely soiree this evening and that was really good, I chatted to lots of people but really enjoyed talking to a lady who turned out had been a key member of the cast in the play I went to the other night, she was trying to talk me into joining next year's cast but I resisted - just a step too far. image

Anyway, evening all, I'm off to bed, got an airport shuttle tomorrow, hip hop class and then choir practice - need my sleep tonight. image
