Morning all /afties Pat  if you're about image

Slightly milder here - wouldn't be hard after yesterday. It did get up to minus two eventually  image

That just reminded me Verd - I had two emails from 'Paypal'.  Supposedly strange activity on my account. I went through the correct channels onto my account 'cos it seemed odd. Reported them and they were fake right enough. Very realistic though, as you say.  image

I didn't get a PM from Mr Gardens Dove. Very disappointed. Do you think Scotland's too far for him to travel? He'd need an awful lot of glass to keep us dry here  image

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Morning Fg image  I suspect that it's probably not the acreage he'd find difficult, but the height - can you imagine the amount of scaffolding he'd need to tackle those Munros   image image

imageHi everyone. Once again I've been occupied today so missed some of the fun.  I've been asked to produce 6 embroidered lavender bags for a friend who wants to give them as gifts to her friends.  I've got quite a lot a,ready done, but I don't fill them until they are needed because the scent fades if they are stored too long.  She wants then tomorrow!   Gasp.  Anyway, I'm all set for a quick lavender fill tomorrow before I take them over to her. She lives a couple of farms away.

hope everyone has a good day.  image

It would be a tough job Dove - but I'm sure he'd have the skills...as long as he has something to combat the wind....image

and just to add to his problems, there's heavy snow up the Drumochter pass - and that's not a euphemism image image

Fg, I've always found this to be effective when dealing with colicky infants

Thanks, Jo.  I really love doing cross stitch. My first MIL ( from Jutland) taught me when she came out for a visit in 1966, and I've been hooked ever since.image

Hubby was called out to an accident his afternoon (fire risk prevention). It was apparently a couple of German backpackers Using a back road to get to the coast. They're OK, but car is a wreck. I'll try to attack a photo.
