    The first time I flew I thought everyone got frisked so I walked through and went and stood in the booth, a nice man explained it wasn't necessary but offered to frisk me if I really wanted it doing image

    A little over five hours to the start of the music ........... OH has some earplugs so that he can sleep - I hate wearing earplugs - I'd better get myself down to Waitrose - I think alcohol will be the answer image

  • Morning all, gorgeous sunny day here, unfortunately I've got to do a few hours work Andy hen we ar are at a 21st later.....I'm going Tom rye ne squeeze in at least an hour a young in the garden.

    My free perennials arrived 2 days ago so they need putting in pots, the ones I got last year are doing brilliantly and the Geums are just about to flower.

    Gorgeous sunny and surprisingly warm and hardly a breath of wind .

    Might get the mower out and cut grass before our guest arrives this evening.

    Dove, Waitrose and alcohol: a winning combination.

    looking forward to a long weekend.  Few jobs to do in the garden today, and then Sun/Mon is our village open gardens.  Will be visiting on Sunday,and helping to sell tickets on Mondayimage

    Hosta, I'm so jealous! Gloomy thick dark blanket of cloud here, gone are the shorts! ......'Today ill be mostly wearing....'Jeans ! Woolly socks, t shirt, long sleaved top, woolly jumper with high neck and kidney-covering cardie! Brrrrr! Even the washing doesn't want to go outside!!!!
