    Hi Clarice.

Gotta say I'm in the Pimms corner - and will fight for it (maybe not, seen enough of that sort of thing lately!)

work was actually a breeze today, expected and prepared for walking out and being 'picked on' again(for want of a better phrase). But quite the opposite, everyone happy and supportive. Weird!

No gardening today, and cold out there now - I'm sure my lovelies will survive a day without me (and know The Brute will!).

Was thinking about you MrsG and pleased to hear things went well at work.  Sometimes the thought of what's going to happen is much worse than the reality.  Glad they were supportiveimage

Only had pizza for tea so I'd better find a few Pimm's to make up for the 5/10/15 fruit and veg I've missed todayimage.  What does it taste like?

Does anyone know of any fun recipes for rhubarb?  Last year I rested the rhubarb completely not knowing its history but this year it would be nice to taste it!

Clari - don't know if this counts as fun, but it's really easy and a big hit here - we eat it as pudding with creme fraiche and then as cake (still with creme fraiche image)

Quick hello before shooting off to another choir practice.

    Welcome Clarice!  image

Haven't posted since the Harrogate show on Saturday - no, I didn't meet Punkdoc image (or at least, I don't think I did!).  But I did see 2 red kites, maybe the same ones Yvie and Punkdoc saw there.  image  Lots of interesting stalls, products, displays and plants; not especially impressed with the show gardens (too "bitty"), but bought 4 plants (sempervivum, epimedium, trillium seedling and claytonia), all I could carry on the train.  A good day, though cold and showery.

    Veg seeds are up...  image
