What a stunning day it has been today, definitely much hotter than the weather man says...they always get it wrong but not usually for the better

Busy bee in the garden from 9am, worked through lunch and onwards, only just sat down to a ready meal, well...it is one of the ONLY take-away type meals I can have image

What I got up to has been listed on the other thread, suffice to say I did a lot of finishing off jobs and some planting, my plants always start to look a bit desperate as we head towards May: have stuffed a load in water troughs as I only have one day left to conbobulate their final positions or wait until after my weekend shifts.

Also potted on two shrubs with good compost since their PP's are currently in need of landscaping. The old veg area is a project for May, just a small amount of landscaping and a lot of organising, I'll just be using it as my utility area and greenhouse if I do decide to get one...the jury is still out on that one.image

    Hello

I'm sure I posted earlier but can't see it - fuddled brain todayimage

I did say my dicentra Alba is in glorious flower but a deep red one I have is always much later flowering.

Finally planted up my potato bags and just generally doing odds and ends

Did I see mention of cake?? Not really into sausage rolls!

Found a dahlia in the depths of garage, put into pot but have a feeling will end up on the compost - still giving it a go - think its a Honka as wellimage

Daughter is getting the keys to her house tomorrow (wild clapping) We are unsure whether we are required to help, have offered to clean though. If not I shall be in MY garden wondering what she wants me to do to her new garden image
