Morning all! Last day at work before a much needed time off. It looks like my plans for education at the museum will be going national so I'd best buy a new note pad to get all these ideas down! All subject to that dreaded funding of course but I've high hopes.

Does mean the garden wont get much attention though for a while. I might be taking an aloe avera to work to sit on my desk in the hope of seeing "green". Low allergy and being a good burns cure at least slightly appropriate.

So Verdun. What's Cornwall like? Will I need a passport?

Why: I forgetting my manners. Good morning all.

Last night was the first night of the  year without heating on indoors. Summer is coming.

Morning all you early risers.  Been up since 7 as the sun shines through the bedroom window.  Every year I say I'll get a black out blind.

Had a walk round the garden and everything is looking wonderful and dewey.  Noticed the lillies are just showing so will be keeping my eye out for the red devil image

The lilac I bought earlier in the year 'Madame Lemoine' has loads of fat flower buds looking forward to seeing it in all it's glory.

Clematis is due to be delivered between 8.54 and 9.54 this morning according to Taylors so I'll be getting those in the ground this morning.

Hope you are feeling a bit better this morning P'doc and any poorly people I've missed.

Hostafan in a few weeks I'll be one of those tourist.image  There has to be some downsides for living in such a beautiful part of the world. I promise to be well behaved though.  Well, not all the time.image

yviestevie, I'm sure you'll have a wonderul time. We're just over the border in Devon.

It's funny how we avoid the beach all summer due to the crowds and the traffic.
