Dustbin has come home and is reunited with lid. New neighbours saw it and thought it was theirs, then found theirs around the corner.

Hope those travelling today do so safely

We lost two lids from our compost bins yesterday, they went flying into the field we back onto. My OH said he would climb over later to get them...........I think he's too late as I've just noticed the farmer going up and down on his tractor cutting the grass which was about 2ft tall!! image

That'll have ruined his cutter blade if he didn't walk the field and check it first image

Horrible here image I took my 13 sacks of spuds out of the GH's as they were getting too warm and it's now hailed on them image They'll be fine as the sun is now shining, oh no it isn't it's raining again ..no it isn't the sun is out image

Good news is I've found my tiny watering can and a water sprayer that I'd lost ..guess who has been cleaning the cupboards under the kitchen sink image

Liri hugs for your mum, hope she's okay image

My bin lids are safe but my poor daffs are rapidly filling up a vase.

and I have wanted to try Sarah Raven for some time so.........

Weather is awful here, have been watching the greenhouse being taken apart by the wind, its lost a leg too now, sooo glad i hadnt put anything in it! image

You never know SGL, maybe he has missed them image

Always feel lime this sort of weather gets rid of all the rubbish from autumn and winter to allow all the seeds to germinate, a bit like mother nature has got the leaf blower out! image

I've got a new vase of battered daffs too.imageimage

I've cut up the last crown prince squash to make soup.  I like them better than butternut, so I think we'll grow some more this year.  Onions are nearly finished too.

We've still got lots of blackcurrant jam...its not allowed on the diet, no bread to put it on. I haven't been up the garden to check on the polytunnel yet.  The top Oak is doing a whomping willow impression.
