early rain gave way to a wonderful sunny afternoon.

Carried on splitting agapanthus until OH woke after night shift. Had lunch then siesta. Tough life eh?

I've only ever seen one ballet, and that was Bolshoi performing Swan Lake. A friend who is one of the country's top opera critics took me to see it. I commented that , even though it was my first, I reckoned ballet couldn't get much better. His reply : " you've pretty much come in at the top" I've never gone to another.

Poldark and Indian Summers tonight. Heaven.

Morning Winterimage  Not poked my nose out yet, but OH says theres a frost.

need to find time in the evenings this week to sow some more seeds - time to get my Cosmos and tomatoes going.  I was pleased to see yesterday that my sweetpeas are all germinating nicely.

And Poldark has been recorded for tonight...was it any good ??

    Morning.

So that was why OH found out a film to watch last night (Poldark avoidance).

Enjoy your planning Clari, remember the photos..

Is it really cosmos time already chicky? My GH has turned into a shed so maybe that should be a priority in order to get some seeds going.

Off tomorrow, and not one thing in the diary (months since that happened). Unfortunately there are loads of jobs to catch up on...I'll not be relaxing but maybe feel better for getting through some stuff n backlog etc.

    must get on...

Morning all!  Frost here (not expected by BBC else I'll have kept my wormery inside) but it's looking sunny now so I'm hoping for a productive day.

Has anyone else had issues uploading photos? I can't put any up! Not of my worm soil, my plans, Reggie, or the spring flowers appearing.

Who wants a mug of tea?

Frosty here too ... white everywhere, especially the newly mown lawns image  but at least the sun's shining image  If it carries on I'll be out there again today

I really enjoyed Poldark ... thought Verdun was great - he's always said not to mess with him 'cos he can handle himself in a fight - well, he saw that lot off didn't he? He'll probably need to see the dentist again, I bet that crown's been knocked loose image
