Clari Reggie is gorgeous...would say so much so that I could eat him but peeps might misunderstand ..it's a Yorkshire expression. p.s please don't get too busy with Reggie and forget willies.

Lovely pics Perki
Matt my GH is lovely and warm even though bitter outside
Been to the shops and dropped stuff off at Charity shop..incidentally the charity is a pet one called BARC.
Nigel Slater's Cotswold pudding for evening meal, rather have a ribeye
Panda hope you've had a nice lunch out and chat with your friend.
Posted while i was recouperating at the gym...had to sit down for a while and have a sugary drink...i had forgotten to eat! Silly woman, but my post dissapered! Probably pressed the wrong button , home now
Hope you had cake Panda
No idea what a cotswold pudding is, but it sounds good
Wow perki! Thats a heck of a hill!
DD, hope you get the car sorted, judo and running might be just what you need today...might stop you telling the mechanic where to go!
Home from covering-shift at bakery and reading back all your comments. Talking about donuts which ofc I bake at my job...it is slightly annoying when I get customers asking for them at 8am. We open at 7, I've been working 1.5hrs already, I've got sausage rolls, loaves of bread and pastries to get out along with all my defrost and I'd quite like my breakfast break thank you very much so...NO I haven't got any donuts yet, come back in 1 hour
Clari, he's perfect and that adorable pic of him being comfy on your lap is proof.
SwissSue, what a lovely looking dog
Yvie, I sympathise with teething children although its too long ago for me to remember my own, OH was always the night nurse as I never had patience. I did everything else which was fine by me
Panda, good luck with finding something else. I don't know your specifics (and that's completely fine) but I will say that sometimes in life we just need to do something for ourselves for once.
Verdun, I am really tempted by your newest arrivals
It's terribly cold here. Snow did land yesterday but hardly more than dandruff that duly froze overnight. I went to work in my Timberlands so I didn't slip over, still patches laying about in the dips and toughs and actually...its a good way to tell the colder parts of one's garden. I knew my East facing fence was not the most tropical part of my garden but I am surprised to learn of a couple of sheltered spots I didn't previously know about.
Going to entertain myself with some garden design stuff, deciding exactly what hard landscaping to do this year and if I really do want/need a greenhouse although Matt and KEF's comments are certainly helping
Thanks for asking RB, i gave him an antihistamine last night, so we could both have a decent night , his ability to walk gets less by the day, but hes been on the grass playing tug with me and messing around, so he must be ok
By the way they help humans sleep too, hope you havent done yourself in today...i dont know where you get your energy from!
Verdun. I've always found the best bit of a funeral is the standing outside when its all over, when people can relax at little, and the stories start to roll off tongues. I learnt so much about my grandfather from his work colleagues (police) and his "adventures" that I'm sure he thought were long forgotten!
I hope it goes "well" tomorrow.
Reggie and I are now sat on the sofa: he's had over three hours of w.a.l.k.i.e.s today so far (I had to drop my car off at the garage in the next village, then collect it, then get him used to my car [its quite different to my partners that he went in first] so went for a drive in the countryside and found a nice wood to explore...) so I'm hoping he'll stay settled now for a while. I'm trying to get my scout pack sorted... its going well can't you tell?
Verdun, i could do without funerals too, you arent on your own with that, i know they are a comfort to some tho, will be thinking of you, this time tomorrow it will all be over and you can raise a glass to your mums life x
Clarington, that dog sounds just the thing for you and you for him, nothing like a lovely walk with your best mate

Funerals are miserable but they help to say goodbye. Will be thinking of you tomorrow, Verdun.
Verdun - thinking of you tomorrow.
Panda, enjoy your days of freedom before a new mine beckons!
Pennines still cold and white today. Mum has a chest infection and is even more muddled than usual; she seems to be going downhill...
Bother. Got to go out to choir tonight. Would much prefer sitting in front of the log burner, eating DOUGHNUTS...
