Chicky the greenhouse is for the allotment, this crow bar broke was basking a pallet when it happened, was a good one I still have the head bit but not easy to use like that other end still useable flat end
WonkyWomble only very small when wombles were on can't remember much they liked collecting stuff asked mum they make stuff out of what they collected sound about right - my pallet projects will be a fence for the allotment plot, a screen box for the station water butt maybe a bench for the allotment but think it will be a while by the time they get sorted
Station looking good went to sort out rubbish today lots of foxgloves
Panda, glad you're all still in one piece Have a lovely time
Lesley, glad Mum's home and feeling better
Wonky, the problem was, you couldn't go on your own and you didn't want me to go with you If I'd known Pdoc was there ............
We went up to the farm shop for the food fair yesterday lunchtime - very good - lots of lovely food and lovely people, then we went on to visit a friend and ended up having a pub supper and getting home just in time to watch Springwatch and fall asleep. Slight chaos rota-wise at the farm shop, and OH is now going to be working today, so the shedlet will be arriving 'in his absence'. I must remember to clear the way of large pots of flowers which may get trodden on or bashed by delivery men - but I'd better get dressed first
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Thanks for the kind thoughts about Mum. I woke early and made a drink, taking Mum and Dad one and when they asked what time it was I said 6.30. When I looked at the clock again with my glasses on it was only 5.30. Still I've had lots of thinking time.
Shedlet day Dove. Hope we'll be treated to a photo when it's in situ. Wonky I hope you are able to lift a hammer again. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of your project.
Well done with the greenhouse Gg
Hope you and the girls are refreshed and ready for today's adventures Panda.
Had to do airport run yesterday - have registered with Blablacar.com now for carsharing cos I'm fed up with it, always on a day I want to be somewhere else, OH says I will always want to be somewhere else. Anyway, managed to get some time in the garden, much more today but now I am worried it has peaked too soon and by Open Day will be nothing left. Just wish I could remember better from last year. Have got a diary going this year now (with pics) so hopefully next year will be better informed and pick the right moment.
Some pics of my best bits which will probably be all be gone by the big day.
Hope you all have a lovely day, so much going on hard to keep up.

Glad about your Mum, Lesley. Somehow I missed that.
Katherine, do you mean real live ducks? What sort? I used to keep ducks, great characters, but don't let them near your veg garden!
