Well Reggie is settling in nicely! Collected him lunch time yesterday and went for a long walk (he pulls a little on the lead but nothing we can't work on) before introducing him to the house. He's got an upset belly (they think its kennel stress: we're feeding him James Welbeloved for a few days and will move across to chicken and rice and a vets trip if things don't settle soon. He has plenty of energy which is a good sign!)
He had a good nights sleep, didn't whimper and put himself in his crate when he decided enough was enough (I don't blame him - my partner has an awful sense of "good tv").
He's now fast asleep after our long walk this morning while I try and get some paper work done.
Bekkie: he is quite the poser. I feel very sorry for anyone who follows me on Instragram ( http://instagram.com/ladyclarington/ by the way) as I will have to be very restrained not to drown everyone in pictures! I know only too well how quickly you get fed up of the onslaught of baby photos on Facebook. He's still fast asleep at the moment. Unfortunately my attempts at being productive and writing up a press pack for Scout parties is.... oooh that flower looks nice.
He's a cutie Clari, can you say that about GS dogs, maybe I should say he's handsome.
Four buses to the vets Bekkie, where is it?. Can't you get one closer, that's a bit of a trek, especially as I know you don't like the cold.
Had lots of good intentions this morning. Thought I would plant my new tree but have just had a quick walk up the garden and although the sun is shining the ground is frosty, so I'll check again this afternoon and if it's still really cold it will have to be tomorrow. Has anyone heard when this cold snap is likely to break?
Another plant porn mag dropped through the letter box so I'll have to content myself with looking at that.
