Harrogate, lovely. That's where our veggie friends I cooked for last week are from. Harrogate show - isn't that really expensive entrance charge?

Yellow, yes I know gorgeous on its own but just doesn't look good with lots of other stuff. I'm already struggling with pastels, blues, pinks, purples, oranges, reds, whites and as you will see over the coming months what a pigs ear I make of cloud schemes so maybe adding more yellow is the way forward...

My 'cloud' schemes are dodgy too Mrs Garden image In fact, as I was planting out my Gladioli tonight I thought there is just going to be colour everywhere no nice neat organised blocks of colour.....just colour EVERYWHERE!!!!   In a way that's what I want, I just hope it doesn't look too messy.

Anyway, I really must get these hounds up and go to bed.  Night all the stop-uppers image

    Awww how cute.

Not sure about agapanthus Tracey. Both of mine arein pots, one is just starting to pock through and the other, although still a blue one didn't die back and could probaly do with repotting. Not sure if this is the right time tho.

I shouldprobably go to bed, but this hour change has mucked my body clock up and i'm wide awake!!

OL though you were going all technical then with 'cloud' ( OH just installed such a thong somewhere).Back to the point - Why does orange look great with purple and awful with lilac, and how can I tell from a picture what colour it really is? when does white go with red and where do you draw the line cos it looks like you support a certain footie team? I need some sleep! ps did see the typo but left it cos it made me laugh!

When OH is away I stay up until I can't keep my eyes open, then I sleep all night.  Try having an early night (which is really what I need) and all that happens is I am wide awake at 2 ish and tossing and turning!!

Anyway, enough of my sleeping habits, I am off now.....definitely!!  Night all xx
