Morning all. Going to committee meeting this morning, then lunch at Wok place then supermarket. Didn't go to supermarket last week, dog food, milk and bread flour are urgent.

    Ouch Panda, take care.

I'm sure the teacher will understand DD. Is it the battery or something else?

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Good morning.

Panda I hope you are okay hugs, how is the wall?

Lesley that is so image about the road and school development, our last home was spoiled by a three storey house being built strange as we were told that land was a fault line and nothing could ever be built there image

MrsG don't stress about the Brug it should be okay if frost free in the garage but swap the bubble for fleece or it will rot. If you lose it I should have one you can have in the spring image I have two that should root. and one already rooted and growing in the cool bedroom image

Wonder if Frank caved in and let little sonny have his today's lunch image

-2C in GH overnight but all snuggled up.

  • Observation during supermarket shop.....why on earth would anyone buy grated cheese, salad leaves in a bag, or chopped carrots?

    I'll get me coat! image

Am I on the wrong thread? image David, salad in bags saves washing lettuce as it takes hours to do it, grated cheese prevents beautiful manicured nails like wot I've got from being grated, dunno about chopped carrots image

I saw the WUM this morning first thing and immediately knew what was intended but I am slightly mystified as to what WUM means. If it's easier to stay low key in discussing this, you can always send me a pmimage

Stay safe everyone especially if you are a pandaimage

    WUM - wind up merchant?

  • LesleyKLesleyK Posts: 4,029

Wintersong it's the abbreviation for wind-up merchant.

I hope your head's feeling a bit better Panda, you don't want to end up with a black eyeimage.

David, chopped carrots are for people who are not safe to be let loose with knives.

KEF we were told that nothing could be built at the back because of old oil shale mine works.  The council appear to have forgotten about thatimage.

I think you should put your feet up and de-stress for a while DDimage

Think I'll have to have a SM trip too Lizzie.

Too much money not enough incentive to get your rump off the sofa and spend that extra three minutes preparing the food perhaps David.

That said when I was struggling with post crash injuries and only one functioning limb they were a god send to being able to make my own "healthier" meals rather than live off ready meals.
