Does anyone suffer from having a manager who's a bully and thinks they can get away with everything? : ( I've had a horrible week with mine, he's making me feel I want to leave

((hugs)) Flumpy.  I think a lot of us have experienced that at one time or another.  Don't let it dent your confidence ....he/she is probably having a miserable time in other areas and is not grownup enough to stop it crossing overimage.

  • Hang on in there Flumpyimage I used to have one of those and when he used to rant I simply smiled at himimage how it threw him off guard he just turned around and strutted off I stopped smiling then  and laughed instead imageimage silly man.

Clumpy! I sympathise! Having a picked on time at work myself right now, don't let them get you down it is their own insecurities usually that is the issue. Some things you can't fight, some you can, pick the battles you can win and find understanding with your friends and peace in your garden! image

Wish this wind would calm down - it's horrid out there, and we've got heavy grey clouds again. image

Nearly prepared for a visiting Womble tomorrow - rosé has been purchased, pork chops are out of freezer.  If the weather doesn't pick up so that I can go outside I can see that I'll be making a Pavlova as well image

I spoke to my supervisor and all she said was " mmm it's I shame coz I quite like him" so I'm trying to find a new job but it's hard when there's nothing out there x

He obviously has an over inflated opinion of himself and his two flunkies probably hate him as much as you but have just gone the apple polishing route to get him to lay off! image

My situation has got so bad that I'm looking for something else, put me off support work for life!

I agree with PC, take it out on the garden! image

    Oh Flumpy ((hugs)) image

Don't let it undermine your self confidence (easy to say, harder to do I know) as others have said, that man obviously has problems - smile to yourself, unload here if you have to, brush up your CV and keep your eyes open for that path to better and brighter things.

And goodness me, my baby Wonky Womble giving others such sound advice - any day now she'll be telling me she's  grown up imageimage

    Morning all.

Wet and windy here, not a gardening day.

My 3 ducks have decided to put in an appearance, having not seen them for a week or so. Strange relationship, 2 males and 1 female. I assume they are not breeding.

I have decided to blame Fg. for all our political woes.

    Have a good day.
