Dove, glad you had a good day and could ignore the negatives.

Chicky, I think I'm at the same stage as you re xmas, starting to relax a little...then remember what else needs doing and planning!

Lily, aren't nephews just the best!

Panda, might try to recreate your nails myself but can't have them at work so roll on xmas!

I've had a lovely night out with the girls while one friend's OH looked after my son - not sure who had the best night! Just finishing off with a glass of port before I crawl into bed. Up early  for son's swimming lesson. Night all.

Punkdoc do you now need to get more Christmas wine? image

Happy Birthday OH Archie..keep him off the ladder, especially if the wine is flowing. image

I watched the dancing, in fact think I missed the end and slept for 3 hrs on sofa and then bed and slept until 7.30am, must have sleeping sickness.

Today a stew to be made and then it's deck the halls etc. Usually have a couple of wines after steps put away, music on and hopefully I'll feel like Christmas.

    Have a good day all.

Hi MrsG, does your son enjoy his swimming lessons?

I will also keep my eyes peeled in case I get a lovely plant delivered like Fidget.

Wonder how Lizzie went on making all those mincepies. Need more tea, I just typed micepies.

He loves his lessons KEF, and does pretty well, last week they put on a special session for families and presented awards by Pudsey bear!

Not keen on micepies! As for making mincepies, I am told Aldi do the best ...image

MrsG bet it was great to see him at the awards, you must be a great Mom, don't think smell of chlorine would suit me on a Sunday morning, the lingering smell of curry from last night isn't doing me much goodimage

H still in bed watching footie program, looking in the kitchen I think he had a mini cheddar and wine party when I was asleep.

Verdun I hope none of your plants got damaged yesterday.

  • Morning all, bit damp and misty here this morning.

Sorry Kef,  I must admit I was a bit piggy with the nuts, image a moment on the lips, a life time on the hips!!!

Not a fan of mice pies either, but mince pies mmmm.

Hope everyone who went out last night had fun, i did my usual trick and fell asleep on sofa!  I see its catching Kef!image
