Sunny here now after some much needed rain, but the washing will be going out soon so that may change.

Mornin' all, I'm back at work today but have managed to get ahead of where I usually am in the garden for this time of year thanks to a few days holiday so not feeling too miserable!  Verdun's mention of parsley made me check mine and the seeds have finally germinated - about two weeks later than all of the other herbs!  Running out of space in the GH, potting shed and conservatory now - will have to build some temporary staging in the polytunnel when I get home, so I have something nice to think about while I write this damn report! image

    Good morning Forkers image

Sunny and dry here today and good job too. Got two post holes to dig today ready for my new arch, also got to lay some new matting next to the house and patio area after lifting the old and very muddy stones and matting yesterday and leaving the ground to dry out a bit.

Seeds to sow as well today oh a one good turn of the compost bin.image

Morning all. Head seems to be working fine, so far.

Still no sign of my cannas, or come to think of it my dahlias either. May need to buy ones ready grown from GC....hmmm need to start back down the cv sending off route. Bit late to follow in KEFs Easter resurecion footsteps, maybe whitsuntide wishing will work.

W.song, can you dig some fence posts for my arches while your at it, OH working today.

Good luck to todays workers, and work hard out in the garden to the non workers!

Fairy, I love 'dragon slaying', very apt at times image

Today's plan is lunch with my friend, it was her birthday yesterday. I got her a wooden planter to replace one of her that had fallen apart. When it arrived I liked it so much I bought one for myself! Was a pig to wrap, but it's done image

    Have a good day all!
