I'm a little bit scared by this pic BK...(its the false baby) I'm glad it was Halloween.
You look lovely though, its the baby lol.
I used to have my pic as my avatar for a long while but I think I made an improvement now so I'm sure most don't need reminding, but I would love to see pics of all those who share in the passion for our beloved gardens
LP, so sorry to hear about your tree. I've suffered losses in my own garden over the years, mostly fences and some dead or damaged shrubs, so I know how it feels when the weather gets the better of our little havens. As others have said..at least no-one was hurt.
BL, glad your heating is back also. I hate being cold and go to bed every night feeling privileged to have a roof over my head and a warm bed.
.... Thank you for pm Chicky but so strange it wasn't me who posted! I did a bit of investigation and it seems some one else joined the forum about a week after me and chose same name!! How weird is that! Of all the names to choose! Bet if we had money on it, it wouldn't have happened!
So to save any confusion I am beausmum all one word with pic of my beautiful bulldog and the other lady is beaus mum! Gap between the Words and no pic!
but the name next to the avatar at the top of that post is Beaus Mum with a gap between the words

Hahaha, Wintersong! I was dressed as a "Man's Worst Nightmare"- I had this massive veil and a bouquet with a pregnancy test attached! I use that doll for modelling my knitting creations for clients, so I got it out for a few silly photo ops
I'm just interested to see what everyone looks like- thought it'd be fun to post a picture of yourself after seeing Clara's pic in the news article
Aww that middle photo is lovely. Great to put faces to those you respect and the threads are great also...I never saw the end results of your organised trips so I will be busy ferreting around those for a lovely nose.
I kept tell you all I was only 29! Unlike Dove I actually meant it. Yes I'm the one looking confused and bemused by the engines and also playing with my fire hose The article in the newspaper itself it much better: I'm going to try and scan it in later.
Looked out the window just before I left for work and noticed my other half has been dragging his electrical extension lead across the garlic. With that and his big feet its no wonder they weren't coming up! I'm going to give it another week and get some more in pots. Best option is they all come up: you can't have too much garlic!

Right I must get some sleep now.
Morning all
Poured with rain all night but not too windy. Has just about stopped and the sun is trying to poke through the clouds.
Off to see a friend today.
Have a good day everyone TTFN x
