Fg - thanks for the kind offer - you can come round and supervise if you like - Lovely builder is doing the decorating as it will be the whole house except the bedrooms and the downstairs loo i.e. the hall, stairs, landing, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting/dining room, and the hall ceiling has to be replastered first! That'll be messy

Feeling virtuous now - started on the Christmas cards Will finish tomorrow. Tree is up, but not decorated yet (chicklet is out, so waiting til tomorrow so she can join in) - but house smells of pine tree ....lovely
