    We did a lot of preparation work beforehand, digging the holes, measuring and getting the levels.

    In truth, the most demanding part was getting four strong people in the same place on the same day, its heavy to lift and we needed all those pairs of hands etc.

    The instructions said to attach the curved struts before erecting but OH says they marred our ability to get the posts absolutely straight in the holes although its hardly leaning and I'm perfectly happy which is all that matters. image

    Looks fantastic Wintersong, are you going to grow anything up/over it? 

    I'd love one. Planning on an arch this year for something to climb over.

    Winter, re the Wisteria,  I think 5 years is being patient.  I'm not sure I can stand the ribbing I get off hubby every year it fails to flowerimage

    I don't really want to give up RB, this is the second attempt at a Wisteria, had one at a previous house but Hubby set fire to it when he lit a bonfireimage
