Hope all poorly people are feeling better today.

    Have a good day  everyone.

    See you later peeps x

  • Morning,

Not sure I am up to star jumps today - went to pilates class last night for first time ever, feeling a little creaky today, also realised I have no stomach muscles at all, v. embarrassing trying to do sit ups from lying down position, felt like a little weeble. image

Instructor did say in 3 weeks I'll be fine with it - we'll see. Failed miserably on the yoga mat front too, the one & only sports shop we have doesn't open on a Monday. Luckily managed to borrow one. Next week can only get better. image

H*******k today and i*****g and a xmas shopping list for the week- end to be done, also a quick trip to the tip with garden rubbish from the week-end (tip doesn't open Sundays or Mondays). image

Also a letter to be written to sister, will need the tact and diplomacy of Kofi Annan, but like him thing I am on a road to nowhere. Very sad actually and I have been upset all night over something that happened yesterday. I suppose that is families for you and you can only do your best.

Really gone cold so indoors is the best place to be anyway. Even have a flurry of snow forecast for tomorrow, son mistakenly thinks if it snows it's Christmas and Santa will come too - hope it is a very SMALL flurry!  image

    Morning all.

Edd, I have 3 blueberries bought 2 years ago. Planted in pots 30cm tall and 30 cms diameter at the top, narrower at bottom. They are getting too big for their pots and I am about to repot them, 40cm tall and 37cm diameter.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

DD hope all goes well with sister situation x

Panda, think star jumps will make me cough more! Have go say I love but dread seeing mum today - she's told mw off for not going to doctors with cough " haven't you heard what they say on the radio? You must see you're doctor if you've been coughing for more than 3 weeks" Yes mum but not when its just cos you've got a lingering cold, grrrr.

Edd - surely its a gooseberry bush you need not a blueberry! ( sorry, im sure someone else must have said that already)
