  • Busy she said ears ok damn feel like they are going to explode so sore, inner ear tubes make the cracking noises and me coughing too really sore,  She did say to take vitamin C,  fizzy table in water

    Me can't swallow tablets so liquid all the way for me

    Dove you not meant to have with alcohol but prob helps with pain

    Not painkillers Gg - just bogstandard vitamins - take them every day 'cos I'm getting a bit older than I used to be.  image
