Morning fellow forkers,  Lovely sunny day again.  Just had a walk round the garden and everything is looking lovely my Toad Lilly (bought as a bare root plant in the autumn) is showing and looking good.

Have a plant that I'm not sure about so I will start an ID thread for that one once I have taken a photo.  Just waiting for the Agastache Blue Boa to show it's face now and I'll have a full setimage.  Fingers crossed.

Visiting Mum and then rejuvinating some evergreens in pots.

Hostafan must be miserable being inside when you are used to the open road. At least the flowers have cheered you up.

Matty hope you are feeling a bit more up beat today and that dog has retired to its basket.

Verdun, too much info about the underpants and did you have to repeat it twice. I've gone right off my cocoa popsimage

Morning to everyone I've missed.  Enjoy your day.

  • Morning all! Looking like another good day here too. I can see the foolish resident Woodie trying to balance on the bird feeder pole trying to steal some Sunflower seeds. Finished moving the compost bins, then spent an hour watching a Robin root through the old site, hoovering up the leftover worms and woodlice!

    Morning all.

Another sunny morning and a slight haze over the fields. Hopefully another day like yesterday. Sunny days always make me feel better.

Verdun have you got hiccups image

Hope you get the washing machine fixed imageimage

    Morning all,

It felt really cold when I  took my dog out earlier. I don't think we are going to have the hottest day of the year so far here.

Ed. It is only Virgin Media non cable customers who have to change to Talk Talk. You are fine. We can't get cable in the wilds of Cornwall.

Do you think the air pollution will ease when Verdun's washing machine is fixed?

Morning all. Another lovely day, but the sky has some clouds. Warmer this morning, was 5° in the night instead of 1°.

Thought I'd finished potting all my plug plants, then realised a box of Zinnia Profusion "Fire" was missing, just found it in the rubbish. Nearly threw it away with the boxes!

Yvie, my Blue Boa isn't up yet either.

Verdun, you must have more than 1 pair of pants and there is such a thing as hand washing! yuk!

    Morning folks!  image

Bit misty here but still good gardening weather.  Think I may have to bite the bullet and cut the grass for the first time this year - it's looking very tufty now.  But plenty else to do, including sowing veg.  image

And hanging up the washing, which is what I've come back inside for...  image

I've just heard that DD is coming up to Norwich to get her hair done so we'll meet up - she may come back here with me and stay the night - we might potter in the garden a bit if the hairdresser gets her finished in time  image
