Morning all, not been on much recently, as don't have much to say at the moment.
Gloomy weather, gloomy mood, but I have done the SM.
It's Stir Up Sunday this weekend Pdoc - have you got the pudding fruit soaking in brandy - the smell in my kitchen is cheering us up in the gloomy weather
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Lilly Pilly, arrival of roses so exciting isn't it!
The children on the trip joined other schools for a cross country race around the lake, was a super event, kids were so excited. There were a few big kids that were really struggling, it was quite a long way really and it it was so touching how supportive all the other kids were of the last ones to arrive home, there were some tears but the pats on the back and hugs soon had them smiling.
Pdoc, SM done is definitely something to be pleased about, my worst job of the week. Keep dreaming about your trip, won't be long now.

Morning all - beautiful day here - didn't expect to be scraping the windscreen this morning though. Car deposited at garage for it's brakes etc to be done, and just having a cuppa while waiting for the gravel to be delivered...it seemed like a good idea at the time...
doc hasn't been up to do any digging for me yet so I'll have to do it myself
No leaves left on trees here really but they've been on longer than usual as there's been so little windy weather. Passed a lovely holly tree on my walk back earlier - laden with glowing red berries.
Off to see what you've all been up to for a few minutes.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Decided that as I am not going to the Arctic till July, and that OH was a bit miffed that she was not coming, that I had better sort something else out.
I have just booked us 2 weeks in Grenada in January.
Just need to find a way to pay for it now. [ Meconopsis for sale KEF]
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
I collected a big black bag full of leaves from the station for leaf mulch not many leaves in garden to collect some on the new turf but I not going to walk on that
Edd (brackets) - look for pallet collar brackets as that is what the wooden frames are
I am just watching CW and glorious gardens from above from yesterday as I was up the station then - just got to that bit forgot to put it on here looks a great garden

Morning all
Rather chilly here this morning, but at least its dry.
Grass covered in leaves but oak tree still has so many on it it doesn't look like its lost any
Shrubs in the garden now look very autumnal, beautiful red and golden shades. My Hotlips still in full flower and also primroses.
Not sure what I'm doing today, feel rather lethargic. Maybe just a wizz round with the hoover and a sofa day
Have a good day everyone.
Tatty bye for now.
What a waster!
