    Last time I did that DD was when I was a week early at the dentist.  Better than a week late I supposeimage

    LilyP our dog isn't happy in the rain but she couldn't keep her legs crossed all morningimage

    I like the Mantaray range too KEF but looks as though Debenhams are out of stock of everything since Dove went on a spreeimage

    Beaus - OH is the Scot, not meimage  I was born in Cheshire which is where I'm going tomorrow for a week to help Mum with her Christmas shopping, wrapping, etc.  My Dad's Christmas present arrived by post ten minutes ago.  Talk about last minuteimage.

    I'd better start getting myself organised.

    Verdun you would have to take a raft out into the garden here, very wet but it is draining image

    Woody we have a similar problem and now I hang prisms up at the windows, seems to do the trick.

  • OH's family are from Cheshire (well, Scottish a couple of generations back, but his parents came from Runcorn/Sandbach area. Although he grew up in Lincs he has a bit of his parents' Cheshire accent  image

    I love the idea of prisms in the window - like Pollyanna - but don't I remember hearing that they can be a fire risk - or am I being a worryguts?
