DD the pic looks beautiful, you are working so hard I don't know how you keep going! You must live on pain killers!
Chicky think you forgot you have had some nice days out past few weekends I'm sure the weeds can wait At least when you get em now they will stay gone till spring! Fingers crossed x
Morning all. Chilly here as Lesley says although I think the temp has gone up now. Went out for bread last night about 8pm and it was down to 4 degrees so I'm glad I covered the car when I came back. At least the birds will have dried out a bit!
KEF - the ones that annoy me are the little foil 'lids' in the milk cartons with the microscopic tongue to pull them off with - which just come off in your hand...
You've worked hard DD - I think LP will have cake for her birthday today so grab a slice before Verd gets up and scoffs it all
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Not sure on temp outside by it looks lovely again.
mum here for sleepover tonight, not sure which bed she's having, usually has step sons, but apparently that's not on now that he lives here. Latest plan she has sons bed and he shares with us or he has camp bed next to grandma and neither of em sleep!
Work today then sons swim lesson before I need to sort beds out! Have had their cousin sleep over last night so got 3 boys to deliver to dif places before I get to work.
lots of work done by you guys again yesterday, put me to shame! planning on a week off the gym next week and as OH isnt at work, wont have to get up at silly o clock to make his lunch, so, fingers crossed will get most of my front garden done! yay !
Thanks for the encouragement with garden, some bits are looking better but still a long way to go, also even with the bits that got done it is still a constant battle with some nasty weeds that keep sneaking back - but that's gardening I suppose.
Liri, I think you need a holiday in France, our path is ready and waiting.
Our little hedgehog seem to have disappeared as has it's mum, but have seen another one at the bottom of the garden, hopefully they have found a better spot. There are enough leaves out there for them.
I had to take a bottle of wine back to the SM, it was part of a six pack (I know, greedy), but as it was covered it wasn't obvious until I got home that it was corked and sealed but had no wine in it! C'est formidable the lady at the counter said! She couldn't argue with me about it anyway, so got my replacement.

Looks like a nothing day weather wise as it's just sitting there. If it stays like that I'll finish my 'winter dig' today on the allotment. See you all later to hear what you get up to.

Good morning to all that snuck in!
Lovely story Dove.
I've had that problem before KEF but it was a bottle of vodka not cranberry juice
.
You can have the latte Beaus but mine's an Americano. What are you having KEF? Will we have cake as well to celebrate LilyP's birthday
DD your bed looks really good now. It's worth all the hard work when you see results like that.
Off for the walk now - well wrapped up because it's very frosty here.
