  • So it's one that has the longer 'bunny ears' type petals.  They're a little more tender than the English ones.  B

    ubble wrap the pots that's fine - raise the pots onto feet or bricks (keeping the drainage holes free) to make sure they don't get waterlogged.  

    Move them into a dryer sheltered area if possible.  

    Fleece at night is fine but don't leave it over them unless the weather is really bad as they need good air flow to prevent rot setting in. image

    New bulbs planted in new pot , and put in cold greenhouse to grow. Its brass monkeys out there. 

    I'm promised a trip out for Tapas and a cocktail or two tonight, provided himself gets back from Warwickshire  early enough. Play nicely everyone, some WUMs about again I think. Liberal use of Ignore button.
