KEF I may as well have swam home. Not a problem for the truck but I am a little worried for my partner who has gone out to see a friend. At least they've a spare bed!

Now I just need to muster up some energy to grt some jobs done.

  • Seems very quiet on here today, everyone must have been busy.

Absolutely poured down here most of day, stopped now but garden is squelchy underfoot.

Thanks for plant perv Yvie, very pretty plants.

    Panda, glad mines are ok.

Hope you've all had a good day.

Evening all - curry takeaway - mmmmm imageimageimage

About to start making sweet & sour pork to use up the leftovers from Sunday roast - hopefully will taste nearly as nice as curry.

Cold and very wet here in sunny Suffolk. Hard to believe that 2 weeks ago I was about to resort to sprinklers on the borders because they were so dry!

Thanks for the cold frame pics Chicky - I'm thinking of having a go. Are yours the ones with patented cane-prop ventilation system??

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

Hubby has just cooked roast lamb with roast potatoes, parsnips and cauliflower and I can't move.  Hope I have room for chocolate later.

Sounds as though many of you have had a very wet dayimage.  We have had a dry but cold one.  Just a bit more tidying up (house and garden) and cooking a casserole.

That's a great cold frame chicky and I quite fancy having a go myself because I haven't got a Mr chickyimage  Did he have to drill holes in the polycarbonate to fit the hinges?

You deserved your bargain plants after being pummelled Yvie.image

I really feel like a curry nowimage

Have a good evening whatever you're doing.

Topbird - the cane prop ventilation system is ours!  Primitive, but worksimage.  And yes Lesley, drilling into polycarbonate required for hinges.

Heavens keep opening here too - but the garden needed itimage
