The OGC have stopped selling that spray i use to stop slugs eating my seedlings! How very dare they, will have to find something else now, unless any of you know where i can find SAS spray???
Afternoon Gosh I'm tired and gearing up for a snooze on the sofa shortly Feet are sore, but it was worth it as we raised around £150 Dove, you were right, a more lovely morning for Sept you would have been lucky to find Just glad it wasn't yesterday
Congratulations on your win OL. Great start to the weekend.
Omg Dove, i could kiss you! I find its fantastic, been using it for a few years, brill in the green house, under the rims of pots, the underside of cells. Its supposed to be used to keep slugs out of the house, but i even use it directly on plants eapecially when they are little. I usually only need one can per year too, so its not that costly really
Hi Folks, Just a flying visit hope everyone is well. Grandaughter is poorly (firstborn just taken her to hospital) so Im here looking after grandaughter two and preparing to do the ironing. I am quite worried as we cant get any fluids down her or antibiotics. Shes covered in a rash, I think it could be a bad dose of chickenpox but what do I know. Firstborn has done the meningitis test just in case and it doesnt look likes it that but by the time we had been on the telephone to NHS direct for about half an hour answering the most ridiculous questions, I lost the plot, said forget about it and told firstborn to get her to casualty. I do miss the days of calling the GP out. Might catch up with you all later if I get a chance.
Fingers very crossed for you Yvie - littleones are so scary when they're ill aren't they - thinking of you all and hoping to hear that she's out of the woods very soon ((hugs))
