    Morning allimage

Top tip from last nights talk: yellow flowers in your garden lower the metabolism....so lots of rudbeckias etc can be an effective substitute for the gym or a dietimage.  Who knew ??

Sorry to hear you've all been sick OL - miserable end to a lovely holiday.image

Hi chicky - I missed the talk about yellow flowers lowering metabolism.  I thought your metabolism had to be raised to lose weight.  Is that where I've been going wrong ll these years?image

It would save you a lot of pain and money at the gym Bekkieimage
