    Fidget - your dad must not be sent home without a Community Care Assessment being done and an appropriate Care Plan being in place.  If the hospital social worker hasn't sorted this out then phone your dad's local social services and ask for the assessment  as soon as poss.  They must get in touch with the hospital and tell them not to send him home until they've set everything up. image ((hugs))

    More jamming started - now must go mining in the garage for more jars!

    Just sorated my mums next set off hospital appts and in a mood now with siblings!

  • It seems that email notifications are a law unto themselves and every time the techies correct a blip it throws the notifications out of sync.  Still, we gardeners are used to things not going quite according to plan ... image

    That's true dove but annoying now I back at work and if I look back more than couple of days I get squashed tomato! image

    Think it will be sorting out rhubarb area with little raised bed I made the other day that I painted dazzling yellow colour, planting out new little plant

    not sure what else yet I will see when that is done
