Just awaiting dinner so having a little catch up. Been painting timber - I'm thinking of buying shares in Ronseal...
Thanks for that info earlier on the Cimcifugas Verd. They were all bought at roughly the same time, same nursery, same size, planted in same aspect, and had the same care. The two which have good flower spikes are the same variety - one is still in a pot - and the other one has grown well until around July, but just seems to have faltered which was concerning me. I'm sure it had a flower spike when I bought it - the other two certainly did - but perhaps I'm wrong. Hopefully it's not a problem and it will come on better next year.
Lesley - mine get hunted if they don't put stuff in the recycling. Youngest has a habit of putting it all in the bin instead of the various doo dahs. At least they don't leave it beside bins though!
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
You have girls Fairy. My little boy (31 - still at home) thinks the back of his chair is an extension of the wardrobe. Glad I'm not living there - still here in sunny, windy Cheshire
My OH dosent know where the bin is, i find dirty laundry NEXT to the basket! Washing up is left all over the house- ive even found it in the bathroom! He is the youngest and the only boy, had his entire family looking after him til he moved out!
Not checked posts yet, just thought id let you know that tonight was my turn for ice bucket challenge - to make it worthwhile had to have good garden shots in the background
