Morning Bekkie image.  You need to invest in an oven with a timer to cook OH's chicken itselfimage.

Arch sounds great Panda - looking forward to pics - things are always special when someone makes them for you.  Envious of the tree too - did you see the avenue of them at East Ruston?

Work for me today - but doesn't look like I am missing a garden dayimage.  Can we have some warmth back please ? Fingers crossed for that Indian Summerimage

    Good morning all image

We had a lovely picnic yesterday

    image

Just some of our picnic spread image  The weather was hot and sunny with occasional cooler gusts of wind - we sat and chatted until about 5pm when we thought they might be thinking about throwing us out, so had to clear up and share out the leftovers - think I won't have to cook for a week!

Sadly we didn't have time for a walk around the gardens (did I say the picnic was at Blickling http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/blickling-estate/ ) yesterday, but we'll be going again soon - we go several times a year as it's so close - and the gardens and grounds are fabulous in the autumn - in a good year the fungi are amazing image So yes please Chicky, an Indian Summer would be good image
