FINALLY got my fry up, 1 bacon sarnie coming your way BM, sorry its late, walked to supermarket-3 miles, when i got back i took george straight out, beenout for 2 hours cos hes such a slow coach!
No damage here, so have been very lucky, hope the storm has gone over fir you guys now too
My sweetcorn are leaning at a funny angle, but the roots are still in place .OH said I could stake them to get them upright again. what all 70? They look like the cobs have set. The only problem is that it makes it too easy for the squirrels to nick the cobs.
All of a sudden the onions seem to be buried in weeds.I thought they were doing well. A bit of hand weeding is due I think. Sunny here this afternoon. still windy.
Hi Fidget my winter sprouting broc' has a lean about it but can't be bothered to take netting off and stake it. Well not today.
It was fine and dry this morning , a bit windy, did 4hrs up the road, OH hedge cutting me weeding, and you might know it the minute we got home showers on and off.
I'm on G pig duty again until Saturday, one seems to remember me, or is just greedy the other hid when I opened the other part of hutch to make sure it was alive & eating. Doubt I'll be putting them on the lawn this week looking at the weather.
Veg' bake in the oven, a right combination of our fresh and our frozen stuff from last year ..will put cheese on the top and some fresh basil so it will be okay ...rather have a lump of meat but eaten enough of that over the weekend.
Bekkie I can't believe what you've eaten that would feed me for the day & half tomoz'. Guess you've not eaten today, naughty girl, eat regularily. Saying that you have walked miles so I'll let you off
