Just had a quick nosey and Punkdoc hasn't been on and posted since 1st July, he was going to sort his mum as they were going to the highlands the next week. I'm hoping he is alright and his mum is also alright, maybe he is still on holiday in the highlands?
Hello Folks, Well the bites feel better Im taking antihistamine for a few days. I read up a bit on tinternet and mozzies go for people who are
tall, fat, have smelly feet, produce too much uric acid, sweat a lot, have a high body temperature, move around a lot, and produce a lot of carbon dioxide (in other words breath fast).
Doesn't paint a pretty picture does it!!!
I'll own up to being tall.
Well I think I'm going to puta that book on ebay. Ive moved loads of plants, they will probably all die and ended up buying more at the GC including a lovely lobelia called Fan Salmon and a new Bee Balm Fireball which a dark maroon colour. I will need to move two of my roses to complete the new look border for 2015 but wont do that until later as they are still flowering beautifully.
Still no rain Becky in sunny Kingswinford, if you do live near to me and want some Jananese Anemones I will be digging up a huge pink plant later in the year as its become something of a triffid - anyone else who lives local will also be welcome.
Im OK with the blackbirds in that pie but dont think I could manage the worm yuk! but that homemade trifle sounds just the job so it would be lovely if you could save me a bit. Im off for a browse now catch up with you all later.
Ooh Yvie, whereabouts are you? I have been offered some already but not sure what colour yet. If it's different two colours would be nice I'll have to have a look if there's anything I can swap, not sure about from the garden but maybe a jar of jam or marmalade?? Or courgette chutney
