Morning all.... Glorious morning here I have scrubbed down the front of the garden room ready for treating which hopefully I will get done today!!!! Lo helped and got soaked......
allium, know what you mean about plants being left, I had one that was too big to move or so I thought. The new people dug most of the plants up because they didn't like gardening and wanted an easy garden just grass and they put leylandii in. I've always wished I'd tried to bring them rather than be dug up and thrown away. But we all have different tastes I suppose----each to thier own
Morning all. Cloudy here but dry for now so will try and get the last bits of hedge put in along the front path. Did some yesterday afternoon once it cleared up. Grass needs cutting but it's still very soggy so will leave it for a while. Picked a few daffs for the house. They're still popping up in the bit I lifted last spring so I didn't get them all!

Andy - you'll need another GH for all those baskets. Hope GH's go up, pond's get deeper, hedges get longer and veg patches get fluffier. Gorgeous here today, will be gardening all day - bliss! Magnolia starting to flower here, so we will now be on tenterhooks just in case a frost ruins the display over the next few weeks
Oh dear! Pond is down to tree root level - huge!!! OH is having to dig around it and saw through it - hopefully the tree will manage without one of it's roots

Got some sweet peas in the post yesterday. 2 whites and 2 creams to go with the dark ones I got locally. Good service - English Sweet Peas. Smaller packets -12 seeds - but similar value to the normal sized packs, and free delivery over a fiver. Looking forward to getting them in

Dark glasses are for the blazin sunshine not a hangover like last week
Must have slept funny last night as my right arm is painful just below my shoulder. This may hamper my gardening efforts today. As it is so nice it is tempting to sit back and enjoy it
Morning All Unsure face is because I'm bit sure what is happening yet re GH, I have asked a few times, made a full English breakfast, asked again and yes it is getting 'started'! Eldest son has said he will do it with OH next weekend while I am wedding dress shopping with my sis.........
I'm beginning to think I should just do without and grow veg outside

I think I may well end up just sowing/planting again. Aching today though, I have muscles that only ever get used for gardening it seems!!!

Morning all, not sure if I am out of the dog house or not, not really sure why I was in it in the first place.
Sunny here, not sure whether I will be in the garden or not today.
Watched Blue Jasmine last night, Kate Blanchett was amazing, I can see why she won the Oscar.
